No, we cannot. The iCloud activation lock is to protect your device in case it’s lost or stolen. If you have forgotten your Apple ID or password, you can reset it here.

No, we cannot unlock your phone, but we can help you factory reset your device. This will allow you to gain access to your phone but will erase any data that has not been backed up.

No, we fix any device from any brand (phones, tablets, laptops, accessories, etc.). There are certain devices that require a special-order for parts, which can take a few days.

Right now, we do not sell individual parts. In order to provide the best service and quality, we prefer to do the repair so we can warranty the parts. If we sell you a part without the repair, we cannot warranty the part, since accidents can happen during install.

However, if you bring your own part(s), we will install them for you! Our labor fees usually start around $50, depending on the device and repair.
