Screen Digitizer/LCD	$149	If you have a cracked or non-functioning touch on your screen.  This replaces it with a new screen and LCD.   It also comes with a 90 day warranty
Charging Port	59	is your iPhone 4S not charging, we can replace it with a new charging port
Top or Bottom Speaker	59	If you can't hear out of the top or bottom speaker, then you more than  likely need a new speaker.
Front & Back Camera	$59	Is your camera lens not opening, closing or is blurry.  Replace it with a new one and take snapshots once again.
Battery	$59	Is your iPhone not charging, draining quickly or the iPhone is stuck on the Apple logo.  You may need a new battery.  We'll replace it for you and warranty it for 90 days so you can keep on enjoying your iPhone.
Home Button	$59	Are you annoyed that you can exit the screen because your home button doesn't work.  Pressed it too many times.  Well we can replace the home button and reduce your frustration at least a little.
Vibrate/Motor	$59	Motor not vibrating when you turn the switch or when people call.  A burned out motor may be the problem.  We'll get your iPhone vibrating again with a new motor.
Vibrate Switch	$59	Is your vibrate switch loose, missing, or not activating your vibrate motor.  The ribbon or switch could be broken. A new switch and ribbon will fix it.
Volume Button	$59	Missing your vibrate button or its not turning up your tunes or when talking to people, it sure can be annoying.  Don't worry about having to go into your volume settings to control sound, a new switch and volume button will solve this problem.
